Role Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic Account Rep to join our team in a sales role. As an Account Rep, you will help expand our customer base through outbound calls and virtual appointments using leads we provide. Applicants start with a base salary of $50,000. Top performers can earn significantly more. Experience in the industry is not necessary.We are looking for self-driven individuals that want to make a great living. Responsibilities
- As an Account Rep, your responsibility will be to bring new business into the agency.
- This is a sales role with performance expectations and high commission opportunities.
- You will cold call and follow up with our leads but also get involved in the community to bring in your own.
- You will educate prospects on why our office is the better choice for their insurance needs.
