Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Account Rep to join our agency as we expand our sales team!

  • This is a fully remote sales position.
  • Your hours would be 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
  • No insurance experience necessary, but state licensing will be required.
  • Starting base salary $50,000, with additional performance incentives.

This is a high-volume, outbound sales role supported by a structured process and intentional coaching.

Requirements

  • A quiet, professional workspace.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Comfort with a metrics-driven workday.
  • An understanding that this role has set hours based in the Pacific Time Zone.
  • A Washington State insurance producer license (or a willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through outbound calling.
  • Pursue consistent follow-up to all agency-provided contacts.
  • Follow our structured sales blueprint to guide every conversation.
  • Maintain consistent daily activity (talk time, quotes, and pipeline management).
  • Participate in regular coaching and practice.
Compensation $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
